Do you need some personal one-on-one coaching or personal training?<\/p>\n

We can tailor private coaching and personal training sessions to your or your child\u2019s individual needs.<\/p>\n

Private coaching is ideal for children who require specific physical and mental development and\/or they have specific skills they\u2019d like to focus on and need extra coaching to help them achieve their goals.<\/p>\n

They will enjoy the benefit of a quieter environment with focussed attention from their coach. Carers and parents are welcome and encouraged to attend the sessions with their child, but they can also drop off and pick up.<\/p>\n
