acrobatics 5 yrs +<\/h1>\n

Does your child want to learn to do handstands, cartwheels, backflips and aerials?<\/p>\n

This ‘fun’ part of Gymnastics is what our classes are all about. Your child will develop and build on their skills, moving from tumbling, handstands, cartwheels and round-offs, into walk overs, hand springs, aerials, back flips and more complex combinations. Each week we will focus on functional training to develop their strength and stability. We use fun motivational games to develop confidence.<\/p>\n

Our class age groups are flexible as our goal is to group children based on their ability rather than just age. Please contact us to discuss your child\u2019s individual needs.<\/p>\n

NEW Flips & Tricks 7 yrs +<\/h4>\n

We’re excited to introduce a new class for kids who love flipping and tricking! In this intermediate\/advanced class children will learn different tumbling and aerial skills and combinations.<\/p>\n

Our class age groups are flexible as our goal is to group kids based on their ability rather than just age. This would be the perfect add-on to your child’s weekly parkour or acrobatics class. Second class discount of 20% applies.<\/p>\n

NEW Acro Sensory Primary Age program<\/h4>\n

Our Acro Sensory classes are specifically designed for primary school age children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory integration disorder and developmental delays. These classes are all about children having fun and developing their gross motor and tumbling skills. Each class our qualified coaches will set up circuits and activities that children can explore. There will be lots of balancing, rolling, jumping, swinging, hanging and climbing!<\/p>\n

Our Acro Sensory classes will have the following modifications;<\/p>\n

No music will play during the session<\/p>\n

A sensory calm down tent and swing are available<\/p>\n

Classes are limited to 10 children with 2-3 coaches (1:3-1:5 ratio)<\/p>\n

Please note, parents are encouraged to attend to offer support and assist with behaviour. Any children with a diagnosis of ASD Level 3 will require a parent\/carer to attend and support their child during the class.<\/em><\/p>\n
