Valentine’s Day Kids Night In<\/h2>\n

Saturday 14th February, 6-8.30pm @ Acro Kids Mornington<\/h4>\n

This Valentines Day join in the kids for a fun evening at Acro Kids while you head out for a date night! Kids can come dressed for a PJ party! There will be fun acro and parkour activities, games and circuits and yummy pizza dinner. For ages 4-13 yrs, all levels of experience. $50 for 1 child or $45 per child for 2 or more children.<\/p>\n

Please note: children will need to be dropped off and picked up, if your child needs assistance settling in you’re welcome to bring them in. Our qualified coaches have Working with Children checks, first aid training. We will have 1 coach to 8 children ratio.<\/p>\n

Developing Confident Kids<\/h2>\n

The last 2 years of the global pandemic have had a significant negative impact on the confidence of our children, particularly in relation to their social and emotional development. The excitement of returning to school and resuming friendships has also highlighted a lack of social skills with many children finding face to face interactions more challenging. \u00a0Anxiety has also increased as their sense of safety and control has been diminished.<\/p>\n

This workshop for parents will explore 7 key characteristics of confidence and how to assess your child\u2019s current confidence levels.<\/p>\n

We will explore two of the key characteristics, Empathy <\/em>and Resilience<\/em> which have been significantly diminished by the restrictions and lockdowns of the last 2 years. We will also show how to use positive affirmations to help rebuild your child\u2019s confidence.<\/p>\n

    Ulli has over 20 years experience as a teacher, educator and change facilitator working with people to coach and mentor them to develop the capabilities, mindset and behaviours to achieve effective change.\u00a0Her passion is to help both adults and children achieve their full potential by developing their mental and emotional health and wellbeing. She has formal qualifications in teaching, organisational behaviour and clinical hypnotherapy.<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
